Term & Conditions for Glass Viral
These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of Glass Viral and at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions without notice. Glass Viral has the right to change the program or terms and conditions when it deems it necessary.
Glass Viral is not an investment program or ponzi scheme. You are not guaranteed a return on your money. We cannot guarantee that you will make money with our program. You will receive real products and services that are valued far more than your $10 payment from Glass Viral, and that is the primary scope of our program. You are also not ever required to refer other members to our program to earn.
Members may not present Glass Viral promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by Glass Viral Management, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.
Glass Viral Management will in no way be liable for any loss attributed to this program.
Third-Party Liability. Glass Viral will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.
Terms and Conditions. Glass Viral Management reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without notice.
Membership Fee. Our membership fee is just $10 monthly subscription, and is non refundable. Your subscription payment allows you full entitlement to download any product in the product section.
The membership of the user can be canceled anytime by the administrator without giving any reason.
We Accept payment through credit and debit card via our merchant processor, Alert Pay, PayPal.
Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of Glass Viral Management with all future commissions or products usage forfeited.
Membership Cancellation. Membership at Glass Viral is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member. Glass Viral Managemet will only cancel/terminate a membership if it is deemed that the member is operating in conflict with Glass Viral terms and conditions.
Cancellation/Termination of membership. Any membership that is canceled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with Glass Viral. Any positions held in participating Programs owned by Glass Viral will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to Glass Viral Management.
Relationship. A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of Glass Viral.
Disputes. Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws of Berkeley Count, WV, USA.
Private Information. Glass Viral Management will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law.
Copyright Material. All branding, logos and graphics contained within Glass Viral are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. Glass Viral provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.
Damaging Intent. Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to Glass Viral and or its members will be terminated from Glass Viral. Depending on seriousness, Glass Viral may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.
SPAM. Glass Viral strictly prohibits the use of Use or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of Glass Viral Management and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will have their memberships canceled.
Contact Information. It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date in the member area. Glass Viral Management will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.
Tax. You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in you resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from Glass Viral or any program promoted via the program.
Privacy: Your information collected is solely for the use of Glass Viral and will not be sold to any other company.

MEMBER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT MEMBER'S SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GLASS VIRAL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. GLASS VIRAL MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER GLASS VIRL NOR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES, PUBLISHERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
